Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of cost before dispatch. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel, email vinishpv@gmail.com with your order ID within 12 hours of placing the order.

2. Returns & replacements

Because each QR sticker is uniquely printed with your account link, we do not accept returns of undamaged goods. However, we offer free replacement in the following cases:

• Product received damaged, defective or with printing errors.
• Wrong item shipped.
• QR code does not scan or does not resolve to your profile.

Raise a request within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product.

3. Refunds

When a refund is approved (cancelled-before-dispatch orders, or replacement unavailable), the amount is credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. UPI refunds usually reflect within 24 hours.

4. Non-refundable

• Shipping charges for correctly delivered orders.
• Customised packs where the customisation was per your instructions.

5. How to raise a request

Email vinishpv@gmail.com with subject "Refund / Replacement — Order #XXXX" and include your order ID, registered phone number and photos (if the product is damaged). We respond within 2 business days.
