Welcome to Milao (accessible at https://www.milao.life). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Service
Milao provides QR-code stickers and keychains that allow finders of lost items to contact the owner through a scan-to-reach page hosted on milao.life.
2. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you register for your QR profile.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay and other authorised payment gateways. Milao does not store your card, UPI, or bank details.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to publish unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform.
- Do not use the finder-message system to harass any user.
5. Liability
Milao is a facilitator. We do not guarantee that a lost item will be returned. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
