Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Coverage

We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India via trusted courier partners (India Post, DTDC, Delhivery, or equivalent).

2. Processing time

Orders are printed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

3. Delivery time

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–4 business days.
• Tier-2 & tier-3 cities: 4–6 business days.
• North-east India, J&K, remote PINs: 6–10 business days.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. A nominal charge of ₹49 applies on cash-on-delivery orders (if enabled at checkout).

5. Tracking

You will receive an SMS and email with the AWB tracking number as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier.

6. Delays

While we strive to meet the timelines above, delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather, or public holidays. Delays beyond our control are not eligible for refund, but we will assist in tracking and escalating with the courier.
